“Fit-to-size” service goes without saying for us. Our client’s requirements are the foundation of our approach to service delivery. Our clients can choose from any one, or a combination of the following services: Mobility Management The Executive Mobility Group account manager controls the full process of international employee mobility from start to finish. This starts with selecting service providers on specialist areas in foreign countries. The second step is to build a team out of these providers. Executive Mobility Group serves as the link between the various people, involved in the mobility process within your organization and service providers, relieving the responsibilities of our client’s management team. We operate in a strong proactive management role: we think together with you on your policy regarding cross-border employment, and anticipate developments in legislation and regulations. Because we are specialist in this field, it means that outsourcing management tasks to us is advantageous to our customers. Tax services We offer high value knowledge and experience of the major tax themes available when dealing with international mobility. This knowledge enables us to assist our clients when dealing with one of the most important areas (tax) in the area of international employment. Issues like this can occur both, during and after the secondment, and may vary from finding the most appropriate secondment type to assisting in complicated tax questions. We do not claim to have all relevant tax knowledge. Because of the number of countries, and the complexity of the issues involved this is virtually impossible. This is why we rely on a broad network of local specialists, with whom we work together on a regular basis in various international teams. Immigration services In many situations, it is not possible to start working in a particular country without fulfilling pre-determined requirements. Most countries protect their employment market from external influences in order to protect employment for their own residents. Foreigners are only welcome, when it is of benefit to the country, or when the job cannot be filled by a resident. This rule is generally enforced by penalties for both employer and employee. Permits to stay and/or work in a country are usually only granted after lengthy procedures have been brought to a successful conclusion). Executive Mobility Group has vast expertise on the Dutch immigration law, and has a broad network of knowledgeable partners who can assist in foreign immigration matters. Relocation Services ‘Hit the ground running’. The first thing an expat wants to do when he or she starts an international posting is to get their normal daily life, both their own and that of their families back on track as soon as possible. At an international posting, however, several practical and/or unexpected issues may arise, from furniture getting stuck somewhere else, up to and including getting acquainted with the local culture. We take care that all of these practical matters are taken care of as soon as possible. In this respect, we can rely on a broad network of high quality service providers, all of who have excellent track records. Payroll services We can ensure that our clients avoid any possible exposure, relating to incorrect income reporting in various countries by managing (international) payrolls. With our knowledge of taxation processes all around the world, we can make a clear and thorough determination of the most advantageous tax and social security status of your international workforce. |
