Notes on parking places :
Please, note that the majority of properties in The Netherlands do not have a private parking area. Especially elder buildings do not offer parking facilities in the basement. Modern buildings sometimes do.
If you need to park your car in the public area you should be aware of the fact that often you need a parking permit. Long waiting list may be applicable and parking permits often are quite expensive.
Notes on pets :
It is allowed for property owners to forbid tenants to bring pets or refuse a rental agreement in case pets are part of the family. To prevent unpleasant surprises it is reccomendable to provide information to the landlord on pets you want to bring.
Notes on viewing :
Viewings are commonly scheduled during working hours only. Preferably, more than one viewing is to be scheduled on one half or full day.
Please, specify the family members that will accompany you during the viewing(s) in the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SECTION"on the next page.
For each accompanying child below the age of 12 you are required to have a car seat available.
